This table is nice in that there is a pedestal for kneeroom but the
legs extend out to be underneath off-center loads.You get a pedestal
table that never develops a wobble. The table you see has a
4' diameter top. The crooked pieces of aluminum immediately underneath
the glass are held by a single socket head screw. If the screw is
loosened the pieces can rotate so they stick outwards. A larger piece
of glass can then be used. A 4' x 6 1/2' ellipse works nicely.
